1 gal. Vegetable Broth
1 cp. Kosher Salt
1/2 cp. Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Whole Peppercorns
1/2 tbsp. Allspice Berries
1/2 tbsp. Ginger

Begin by adding vegetable broth, brown sugar, kosher salt, allspice berries and pepper to a large pot and stirring well. Set to boil.

Remove the pot of brine from heat and cool completely. Store (refrigerated) for later use or proceed to brining the turkey.
