INGREDIENTS
 3 lbs. Fresh Green Beans frozen is ok too
 8-12 slices Bacon
 8-10 Potatoes small, redskin
 1 Red Onion medium
 1 tbsp. Garlic minced
 2 cp. Chicken Stock
 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
 1 tbsp. Sweet Smokey Joes Creole Kick
 1 tsp Salt and Pepper each, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by washing and cutting green beans to a medium size (or desired). Set aside.

Prepare bacon by chopping into small pieces. Fry bacon in a large pot and remove pieces from pan, leaving drippings at the bottom of the pan for the next step.

Begin sautéing red onions until soft, then add minced garlic and dried seasonings. Reduce the heat and continue to stir.

Add chopped potatoes and stir generously to coat each one. Add salt, pepper and sugar and continue to stir.

Add green beans to the pot along with 2 cups of chicken stock (or enough to cover) and stir well. Cover and bring to a boil.

Simmer green beans for about one hour, checking and stirring only occasionally. Serve as a side or alongside steamed rice and enjoy!
