 1 Head of Cabbage about 2 lbs., chopped
 1 Onion, chopped
 1 package Thick-Cut Bacon cut into half inch strips
 1 lb Smoked Andouille Sausage cut into half inch rounds
 1 Red Bell Pepper medium, chopped roughly
 1 Green Bell Pepper medium, chopped roughly
 1 tbsp Kosher salt and Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
 2 tbsp Creole Seasoning (I used Sweet Smokie Joe's Creole Kic
 3 cloves Garlic minced/pressed
 2 tbsp Butter

Chop up your Cabbage, bacon, onion, sausage, and bell peppers.

Start by heating up a large deep pot, and add your bacon. Cook until golden brown.

Then add your onion and bell pepper. Stir to mix and cook evenly. And add in the Creole Seasoning. Mix to combine, and let cook for about 1-2 minutes.

After that, add in the Andouille Sausage and mix. Make sure to get the bottom of the pot.

Then add in your minced, or pressed, garlic. Stir to combine. After a minute add in your butter.

Once the butter has melted and been combined. Add in slowly your cabbage, mixing thoroughly. Cover with a lid and let steam for about 9-10 minutes.

Mix and taste to season with salt and pepper accordingly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
