INGREDIENTS
 1 cn. Tomato Sauce
 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
 1 tbsp. Worcestershire "W" Sauce
 4 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
 1 tbsp. Steak Seasoning of choice
 1/4 cp. Brown Sugar
 3 cps. Colby Jack Cheese Hand-shredded , separated
 1-2 lbs. Extra Lean Ground Beef
 1 ea. medium Green Bell Pepper chopped
 1 ea. medium Onion chopped
 2 tsp. Kosher salt and Fresh Ground Pepper additional to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Brown and drain the ground beef. When the beef is 80percent cooked through, add green pepper and onion.

Continue cooking for 2 ½ minutes, add steak seasonings, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 2 more minutes and add brown sugar, tomato sauce and ‘W’ sauce. Stir until well incorporated, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add cream cheese and 2 of the 3 cups of shredded cheese, stirring well until no lumps remain.

Top with last cup of cheese and broil in the pan or an oven safe dish on high for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips or sliced sourdough and enjoy!
