 8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bite sized pieces
 Oil , for deep frying
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 Garlic Clove, minced
 White sesame seeds, for garnishing
Frying Batter
 ½ cup All-Purpose flour, sifted
 ¼ cup Cornstarch
 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 1 Egg White
  cup Cold Water
 1 tbsp Oil
 ½ tsp Salt
Sauce
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
 4 tbsp Sugar
 2 tsp Cornstarch
  cup Water

Mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined and set aside.

Mix all ingredients in Frying Batter in a bowl until well combined, stir a few times to make sure there are no lumps and the batter is smooth. Add the chicken into the batter, stir and evenly coat with the batter.

Heat 2 to 3 inches of the oil in a wok or a stockpot to 350F for deep-frying. Drop individual pieces into the oil. Keep the chicken from clumping together with a spatula. Deep-fry the chicken to golden brown. Remove the chicken from the oil with a strainer, and lay on a dish lined with paper towels. Discard all oil.

Heat up the two tbsp. of oil in a skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until aromatic before adding the sauce.

As soon as the sauce thickens, add the fried chicken into the wok or skillet. Stir continuously until all the ingredients are well coated with the sauce. Add the sesame seeds and serve immediately over white rice and Enjoy!
