
Butter (or spray with non-stick spray) a 13x9 inch oven-safe baking dish. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook bacon and Italian sausage separately and set aside for later use (chop bacon to desired sized pieces after cooking).
Begin making your gravy: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sprinkle in the flour and stir until thickened. Add the Creole Kick and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, then carefully stir in the Half & Half. Continue stirring until the desired consistency is reached. Set aside.
Arrange uncooked biscuits in the baking dish. Sprinkle the sausage and bacon on top of the biscuits. Then carefully pour in whisked eggs ,spreading evenly. Lastly, pour the homemade gravy over whole mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
