 1 lb Raw Shrimp (peeled, deveined and tails removed)
 1 ⅓ cups Flour
 1 tbsp Onion Powder
 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 ½ tbsp Sea Salt
 1 ½ tbsp Ground Black Pepper
 1 tbsp Ground White Pepper
 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 2 tsp Paprika
 2 tsp Oregano
 2 tsp Thyme
 6 Eggs
 Vegetable Oil (for frying)

 ½ cup Mayonnaise
 ¼ cup Sour Cream
 ½ cup Buttermilk
 ½ tsp Dried Dill Weed
 ½ tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
 1 tbsp Blackened Seasoning
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 Salt if required

In a large bowl combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme. Mix well. In another bowl whisk together the eggs.

Dip each shrimp first in the egg and then coat it in the flour mixture. Heat about 1-2 inches of oil in a deep frying pan to 350 degrees F.

Fry the shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes per batch or until golden brown in color. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Mix all the ingredients, except salt, in a medium-sized bowl till well combined. Taste and add salt if required.

The blackened seasoning already contains salt, so taste before adding extra salt.
Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
