
Begin by preheating your oven to 375degrees and spraying the loaf pan with non stick spray (alternatively, you can use parchment paper).
In a large bowl, add onions, bell peppers, parsley, seasonings, minced garlic, ketchup, breadcrumbs, ½ the Worcestershire sauce and eggs to the ground beef. Combine the ingredients well with your hands, but do not over manipulate.
Mold the meat mixture carefully into the loaf pan evenly. Use your fingers to press along the edges of the pan. Use your hand to even out the top as much as possible (wet your hands with water to keep the fat from sticking too much.)
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in there heated oven. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, create the meatloaf sauce.
In a small bowl, whisk ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, and seasonings together until blended well. When the meatloaf is ready, brush the sauce liberally over the top of the loaf. Place back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
Once removed from the oven, allow meatloaf to rest for about 15 minutes. Carefully remove the loaf from the pan and place on a cutting board right side up. Slice the meatloaf as desired and serve. Enjoy!
