Honey Garlic Chicken Bites

Yields3 Servings

 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
 2 tsp Cornstarch
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Butter
 4 cloves of Garlic, finely minced
 ¼ cup Honey
 3 tbsp Chicken Broth
 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 tsp Siracha
 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes, garnish
 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, garnish

1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cube pieces and add into a bowl. Coat the chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.


2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken bites on all sides, then add the garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, chicken broth, and honey.


3. Cook until the sauce thickens and gets sticky. Add some parsley and red chili peppers and mix.


5. Serve over rice and Enjoy!
