INGREDIENTS
 2-8 ea. Lobster Tails
 2-4 ea. Lemons
 16-24 tbsp. Salted Butter
 1/2 cp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
 1 tbsp. Creole Seasoning
 1 tsp. Garlic minced
 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
 1 tsp Chili Powder
 Kosher salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by bringing your grill to temp and melting butter in a skillet. Prepare lobster tails by slicing once vertically from the base of the tail to the "head". Ensure your knife runs all the way down the middle of the lobster tail when slicing.

Season each lobster tail with salt and fresh ground pepper.

Add dried seasoning to melted butter and blend well. make room on your grill for the lobster tails and begin placing each one, shell side down first for about 4 minutes. Brush with seasoned butter and add fresh lemon if desired. Enjoy
