
Preheat the grill to 450 degrees F and spray a metal cooling rack with non stick spray.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and season with, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss and massage until each piece until completely coated. Then lay the chicken out on a cooling rack in a single layer. Make sure the pieces don’t touch.
Smoke the chicken wings for 25 minutes. Ensure the rack is centered in the smoker. remove chicken and set aside for tossing.
Melt the butter and add in the 12 cloves of minced garlic. Whisk well. Generously toss the cooked chicken pieces in the butter mixture until evenly coated.
Sprinkle pieces with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
