INGREDIENTS
 1 cp. Panko Bread Crumbs
 1 cp. Flour
 2 Eggs Large
 1/4 cp. Milk
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 4-6 Pork Chops (Bone In) 1 1/2 inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS

Season each side of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Set aside for later prep.

Whisk eggs and milk together to create an egg wash and set aside.

Prepare each pork chop to be fried in the following order: Flour, egg wash, flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs. Repeat for each chop. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 inches of oil to 330 degrees in a large skillet.

Fry each chop until golden brown or until internal temp has reached 165 degrees F. Remove and place on a paper towel to remove access oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
