
Clean the bottom of the rack.
After "cleaning your rack" pour over the mustard and spread and push into.
Then use my "A" Seasoning to coat the rack. Add it generously.
In a separate bowl, add about a cup of flour. And cut your rack down.
Coat the ribs in flour and press the flour into the ribs.
Add the ribs into the oil in batches for about 5 minutes. Take them out and place them on the cooling rack.
