INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by cleaning and drying chicken wing pieces.

Season chicken generously with Creole Kick, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Set aside for dredging.

Season flour with the same seasonings, as desired or using the same measurements used to season the chicken.

Dredge each chicken wing generously with seasoned flour and set inside the air fryer, ensuring the wings aren't touching each other.

Cook each batch at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 and a half minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 12 and a half minutes. (total 25 minutes)
