INGREDIENTS
 1 lb. Large Shrimp Peeled and Deviened
 1 link Andouille or Smoked Sausage of choice sliced in rounds
 12 oz. Fettucine noodles
 4-5 tbsp. Olive Oil
 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
 2/3 cup Parmesan grated
 1 cup Heavy Cream
 1 cup Chicken Stock
 1/2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
 3 cloves Garlic Chopped
 3 tsp. Sweet Smokey Joes Creole Kick Seasoning
 1 Red Pepper diced
 1 Yellow Onion diced
 1 Yellow pepper diced
 Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
 1 tsp. Parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook fettucine noodles according to instructions. Set aside for final step.

In a pan with oil over medium high heat, cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and set aside for later use.

In the same pan, begin sautéing the sliced sausage pieces until golden browned. Set aside.

Add garlic along with crushed tomatoes and brown sugar to the softened peppers and onions; continue to cook until well mixed. Add heavy cream and chicken stock and simmer for additional 8-10 minutes.

Lastly, stir in the cooked shrimp and sausage. Add the cooked fettucine noodles to the sauce mixture. Enjoy!

NOTES

If desired, partially boil (parboil) the noodles to have a more even-textured final product (not required).
