 1 lb Ground Beef ( 80% / 20% )
 ½ tbsp Onion Powder
 ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
 Medium Onion, diced
 Hoagie Buns (I used French Rolls)
 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 Medium Tomato, sliced
 Mayo
 4 Slices of Kraft Cheese, singles

Start by taking your ground beef in a bowl and add in onion and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.

Make 4 same sized patties and set them aside. Put your onions on and let them brown up a bit, take them off and put them aside.

Add your patties on the griddle and brown on both sides for about 2-3 minutes or until crisp brown.

Once patties are cooked, break them up and add the slices of cheese right on top and let it melt over for about 30-45 seconds.

Meanwhile that melts mix together and start on your hoagie buns. Spread Mayo on your hoagie buns and put them face down on the griddle to toast. After about 2 minutes, flip them and toast the other side.

Bring out your sliced tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup and mustard *optional.
Start building by putting your ground beef into the mayo lined bun, add tomatoes and lettuce as needed.

Serve alongside kettle chips and Enjoy!
