Yields1 Serving
 2 Potatoes
 12 lbs Ground Beef
 ½ Onion, diced
 American Cheese, slices
 Mayo
 Ketchup
 Mustard
 Tomato, diced (optional)
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper, to taste
1

Before starting, poke holes in your potatoes, in no order, with a fork. Then make a line down the middle of the potato (this is where the split will happen)
Then place on a sheet pan, coat the potatoes in oil and add salt, and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Start heating up your skillet.

2

Make a ball out of the ground beef and add it to the skillet. Then use parchment paper with a spatula to push down. After pushing it down, coat them with "B" seasoning and let cook.

3

Alongside the patties, add your onions to cook. Once a crust begins to form on the patties, flip.

4

In a small bowl, add the mayo, mustard, and ketchup. sweet relish, and Worcestershire sauce, to taste. Mix and set aside.

5

With the end of your spatula start chopping up the beef into chunks and mix it with the onions. Once mixed, pull them together in the pan and layer the cheese on top. The cheese should melt, once melted mix it all in together.

6

The potatoes should be done by now, so pull them out and from the two ends, push in and the potatoes should split where you pushed in holes down the middle.

7

After that, it's a load-and-go! Put the slice of butter in between the split, add in some sauce, and add the chopped cheese meat on top.

8

Top with tomatoes, onion, and green onions. Serve hot and Enjoy!
