INGREDIENTS
 3 cups Beef Broth
 2 1/2 lbs. Chuck Roast
 1/2 cups Onion Chopped
 1-3 ea. Bay Leaves
 3 Potatoes large
 1 clove Garlic
 1 cn. Fire Roasted Tomatoes
 2 tsp. Worcestershire "W" sauce
 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper or to taste
 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
 1/4 cup Flour
 1 tsp. Paprika
 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare beef by chopping the beef into chunks (desired size), and roughly chopping the onions and potatoes as well. Set side.

Next, in a bowl, add flour, salt and pepper and blend well. Coat the beef cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated in the flour.

Begin browning the beef cubes in a pan with olive oil. Cook until well browned and add them to the crockpot, along with remaining ingredients.

Cook stew on high for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!

NOTES

For a thicker stew, make a slurry using 2 tbsp. Butter (softened) and 1 tbsp. Flour in the last 15 minutes/
