 2 lbs Chicken wings split and tips removed
 1 ½ tbsp Flour
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Seasoned Salt
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 1 ½ cups Buffalo Sauce

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Pat wings dry with a paper towel. Toss with flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Line a pan with foil and place a rack on top. Place wings in a a single layer on baking pan.

Bake wings for 20 minutes, flip and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Remove wings from oven and pour sauce over top. Toss wings in sauce.

Serve with blue cheese and ranch and enjoy!
